Person-Centred Counselling.
Person-centred counselling in person or from the comfort of your home.
My Approach
I offer a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, accepted and supported. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that each person is the expert of their own life and has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding when provided with the right conditions. My role is not to direct or advise, but to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity and acceptance as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I work collaboratively, offering a safe and confidential environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgement. I value each person as an individual and recognise that everyone's experiences and challenges are unique. Therapy can provide space to reflect, gain clarity, process difficult emotions, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, grief, life-transitions, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck. I also welcome clients who may not have a clear reason for seeking therapy but feel that something in their life does not feel quite right.
Providing you with a safe space.
All your in person appointments will take place at my private therapy room in Coventry, West Midlands.
